Use bootmod3 from the phone app or from a Windows or Mac computer. Maps and datalogs are stored in the cloud, and a downloaded map can be flashed without an internet connection. Your license includes one off-the-shelf map plus any map marked FREE.

Switch between four maps with the cruise control buttons after a single flash, run any ethanol blend with a flex fuel sensor, build boost with AntiLag, and read ethanol content on the tach. Includes a map editor and 80+ RAM log channels.

Transmission and extras
The GTS/CS style transmission flash is included for DCT cars. Options include exhaust burble, GTS startup roar, max cooling mode, custom TMAP and high-pressure fuel pump settings.

Order your bootmod3 license plus a Wi-Fi adapter or ENET cable if you need one.

Connect to the OBD-II port and open the bootmod3 app or desktop software.

Flash your off-the-shelf map. A typical OBD flash takes a few minutes.

Drive and change maps or return to stock whenever you want.

Before you buy
Adapter or cable required. bootmod3 connects through the bootmod3 BM3 Wireless V3 adapter or an ENET cable. Both are sold separately.
One license per vehicle. Your license is tied to one VIN. The original buyer can transfer it once after the car is returned to stock and the DME is re-locked.
Some cars need an unlock. 2019 and newer S55 cars with March 2019 software need a DME bench unlock before OBD flashing works. We offer an in-house DME unlock. Message us your VIN if you are unsure.

Is the DCT transmission flashed too?
Yes. The GTS/CS style transmission flash is included for DCT-equipped cars.
Can I change maps without my phone?
Yes. After one flash you can switch between map slots with the cruise control buttons on the steering wheel.
Can I run ethanol?
Yes. bootmod3 offers E30 maps, and flex fuel tuning works with a flex fuel sensor that reports ethanol percentage to the DME.
Can I go back to stock?
Yes. bootmod3 can flash the stock map and re-lock the DME.
