Good to know
The adapter is a connector only. It does not include a bootmod3 license or a DME unlock. You still need a bootmod3 tune license for your engine.

Is it VIN locked?
No. The adapter can be used on multiple vehicles.
Do I need it to use bootmod3?
Not strictly. An ENET cable also works, but the adapter lets you flash wirelessly.
Does it work on E-series?
It is designed for F and G series BMWs and the 2020+ Supra.
